This amplifier was manufactured in 1998. The Fet Valve 550 HC amplifier is our hybrid design and the predecessor of the 400R amplifier. It uses 12AT7 tubes and puts out about 250 watts per channel 20 to 20 kHz into 8 ohms at less than 0.01% THD. 17" wide, 13" deep, 7" high.
This is an incredible sounding amplifier and in good condition. It does have a captive power cord.
