We are always asking ourselves "what if" when thinking about new designs that push sound reproduction forward. Our FetValve preamplifier is the result of years of refinement to our patented preamp design, and the inclusion of new and interesting engineering.
The new FetValve preamplifier has a natural, musical, and dynamic presentation that exceeds our previous work. There is a "relaxed" presentation that makes the music sound more "right". Resolution, dynamics, bass impact, and imaging are all there.
The optional phono section has been totally revamped to provide as accurate and dynamic sound as possible. We have even improved the headphone amplifier section, and included the ability to add an optional line buffer on the main board.
You will immediately notice a new modern design that includes upgraded funtions like six line level inputs, a tape input, a tape/CD recorder output, dual line level outputs, and a low gain and high/low filter to tame aggressive source material or speakers.
Like all of our preamplifiers, the FetValve has precision volume and balance controls, a removable IEC power cord, gold plated input and output jacks and a double anodized faceplate. Also available is an optional remote control for those wanting to control the volume level from their ideal listening position.
